Response times for non-urgent queries may be up to 24 hours during business days.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
